Description
A postgraduate course on the NEC suite of construction contracts, centred on the NEC Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC) Hong Kong Edition. Topics include Z clauses and practice notes, tender strategy and documentation, the obligations of mutual trust and co-operation, communication and early warning, programme and defects, payment and compensation events, title, liabilities and insurance, termination, key performance indicators, early contractor involvement, climate change, and avoiding and resolving disputes.
